Our client is seeking a highly organized and operationally sound Entry-Level Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will excel in project coordination, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and bring a keen eye for detail to proofread and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed within budget, and contributing to our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management (50-75%)

• Coordinate marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with artists and designers to develop compelling campaigns.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring they are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Pivot quickly to address high-priority client requests and adapt to changing project needs.

2. Communication (25%)

• Maintain open and effective communication with internal team members and external clients and carriers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to follow up on project-related matters, both inside and outside of the organization.

3. Proofreading (Varies by Project)

• Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand and messaging guidelines.

4. Copywriting / Cloning (5-10%)

• Assist in creating and editing marketing copy for various campaigns.
• Clone successful campaign elements for similar projects.

5. Research (5%)

• Conduct research on marketing campaigns, industry trends, and reasons behind campaign performance.

6. Meeting Attendance (10%)

• Participate in meetings to provide project status updates, discuss research findings, and address any challenges or improvements required.
